Essential technologies
The local-storage item tf-consent remembers your choice for 180 days. The staff-only session cookie tf-admin supports dashboard authentication and lasts up to eight hours. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser and network signals to protect the form from automated abuse. These functions are not used for advertising.
Optional Meta Pixel
If configured and accepted, Meta Pixel loads on public marketing pages to measure page views. Meta may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, typically for up to 90 days. Browser settings and Meta may affect duration. The Pixel is not loaded on the dedicated enquiry page, legal pages or staff dashboard, and we do not send form fields, case details or loss amounts to it. Meta processes technical information under its own privacy policy.
Changing your choice
Selecting “Reject optional” or disabling advertising in Cookie settings withdraws permission for future optional tracking. The site revokes Pixel consent and removes accessible first-party Meta cookies. Previously transmitted information cannot be recalled by this control, and your browser can also clear cookies.
